DUTIES:   With a high level of independent decision-making authority, will be responsible for the following: Lead and mentor team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Delphi and PLSQL solutions. Oversee the allocation of tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. Requirement analysis and discovery sessions with clients to define technical specifications for new MES application features. Design, develop, and maintain Delphi-based software applications for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), focusing on functionalities like production scheduling, real-time WIP monitoring, Tagging, and Packaging. Integrate MES with other enterprise systems such as ERP, SCM, and production control systems. Develop and optimize PLSQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and functions for efficient data management and reporting within the MES database. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure system stability, functionality, and quality. Integrate MES with shop-floor devices, machines, and other systems for seamless data exchange and real-time reporting. Work with APIs, middleware, and protocols to enable smooth communication between various subsystems. Prepare user manuals, technical documentation (Microsoft visio), and training materials for end users. Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance issues, system bugs, and errors promptly in custom MES applications.

REQUIREMENTS:  Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Science or related field. Requires 5 years of experience in job offered or as a Technical Leader, Team Leader, Architect, Analyst & Designer, Senior Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or a related field. Required experience must include experience in Delphi XE2, Oracle, PLSQL Developer, Oracle EBS, SCM, Azure DevOps, Zebra designer, Scriba designer. Requires relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the United States.
