PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

This role is responsible for understanding account drivers and creating account plan to drive optimal execution. This role is also responsible for building alliance, partnering and continuously liasoning with the customer to drive customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and performance indicators
  • Obtaining feedback pro-actively from customer and address issues if any
  • Achieve engagement profitability and customer satisfaction by managing Service deals
  • Drive achievement of set revenue targets for the BU
  • Responsible for planning & growing revenue in right mix (Solutions & transofrmational services, Offshore/Onsite)
  • Drive revenue realization in close collaboration with CBUH & ODM
  • Participate in operational processes related to specific engagements, including staffing, utilization management, forecasting, time and expense management, and billing
  • Partner with delivery team to ensure on-time delivery of the projects
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) consistent with the criteria set forth by SLK
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements & growth of the customer account before it becomes an RFP at all
  • Participate in proposal, contract management process
  • Transition new customer into a stable delivery model
  • Collaborate with other teams in the organization for effective delivery
  • Ensuring continuous competence enhancement of the self

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

 

  1. MBA

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

  1. 12+yrs

DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

 

  • Experience of working in similar role for an IT company offering services to customers in similar industry (manufacturing or BFSI or others) 
  • experience in identifying the business problems & providing suitable business solutions
  • Thorough understanding fo the business process & able to converse as an expert with the customer counterpart
