PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

The Sr Manager - Testing manages E2E delivery of Testing projects for the portfolio (1 large LoB or small CBUs). Sr Manager - Testing is responsible for customer management, Internal stakeholder management, innovations (ideas/accelertors etc.) and cost optimization. Sr Manager - Testing  is also responsible for driving transformation solutions to new/existing customers, be involved in pre-sales activities and ensure process compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Expand existing portfolio through transformation solutions to customers
  • Optimization of cost by aligning to Org goals (Resource Utilization, Team Pyramid, Onsite/Offsite ratio etc) and reducing billing loss
  • Ensure realization of existing revenue
  • Build customer trust by delivering innovating solutions and meeting customers's stated and unstated business needs.
  • Manage customers (Weekly/Monthly meetings, Governance)
  • Ensure CSAT/PSAT as per organization standards and goal
  • Ensure project delivery as per agreed timeline and quality
  • Prepare and Track project plans and conduct task estimation and resource allocation.
  • Review Key Test Deliverables and artifacts produced by the team and ensures they meet organisational standards.
  • Ensure compliance of self and team to organizational policies and processes.
  • Drive idea generation initiatives for improvements (Testing, Organization processes etc.), development of accelerator/tools/macros
  • Implementation of Org initiative (process improvement, automation etc.)
  • Participate/present in conferences and seminars
  • Identify training needs of the team and ensure completion of mandatory trainings by the team
  • Effectively Manage Teams & maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Identify capable / skilled resources from next level, Mentor and coach them to take up higher responsibilities/deliverables

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

 

  1. Degree: B.E\B.Tech\M.Tech\MCA\M.Sc
  2. Certifications (if any): 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

  1. Overall (in years): 12+ years
  2. Relevant (in years): 4+ years
