6+ years of experience in the field of Business Systems and IT including experience with design, development, and integration of applications, services, and data
•    Experience building components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using Adobe Experience Manager AEM
•    Be able to lead a team in the building of aesthetical, functional, and responsive web based applications using Adobe AEM, modern user interfaces, industry best practices and standards
•    Proficiency in customizing and extending AEM functionality using technologies like Java, HTL HTML Template Language, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies used in AEM development
•    Experience integrating Adobe AEM applications with various third party systems and platforms using integration methods like web services, XML/HTTP, REST HTML, APIs and/or microservices
•    Knowledge of Content Management Systems CMS platforms and techniques like headless content, multi site management, multilingualism, and localization.
