We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance business processes and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Design, implement, and maintain workflows, business rules, and user interfaces as per ITIL process flow.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and web services.

Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

Perform system upgrades and patch management.

Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and adhere to change management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.).

Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

Experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management and CMDB.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
