Agentic AI Lead
Experience
8+ years total experience in IT / Software Engineering

Role Summary
We are looking for an Agentic AI Lead to architect, build, and scale agentic AI solutions tool using, multi step autonomous workflows and RAG based enterprise knowledge systems. You will lead a team delivering production grade GenAI platforms and use cases across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead end to end delivery of agentic AI solutions from discovery and PoC to production rollout.
? Design and implement agentic AI platforms with reusable components tool calling, memory/state, workflow execution, guardrails.
? Build and optimize RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval vector/hybrid, reranking, grounding and traceability.
? Implement agent orchestration patterns planner executor, supervisor worker, multi agent collaboration, tool routing.
? Ensure production readiness: security, privacy, governance, latency/cost optimization, monitoring/observability, evaluation and testing.
? Lead and mentor a team: task planning, technical guidance, architecture reviews, code reviews, stakeholder communication.
? Experience in Spec based Agentic Implementaiton spec kit, BMAD etc
Must Have Skills
? Proven experience implementing agentic AI systems and agent orchestration frameworks e.g., LangGraph/LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen/CrewAI or similar.
? Strong knowledge of RAG and enterprise search patterns vector DBs, hybrid retrieval, metadata strategies.
? Hands on development in Python preferred and/or Java/TypeScript with strong system design skills.
? Ability to work across multiple tech stacks: APIs, microservices, databases, cloud, DevOps.
? Experience leading a team and delivering enterprise software in production.
