Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience building AI/ML/GenAI solutions or platforms in production environments.
Strong hands on development experience in:
Python FastAPI/Flask preferred
Node.js Express/NestJS preferred
Solid understanding of RAG concepts:
Chunking strategies, embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval
Retrieval quality improvements metadata filtering, reranking, evaluation
Experience with agentic AI or orchestration patterns:
Tool/function calling, structured outputs JSON, workflow state handling
Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen/CrewAI or equivalent
Strong fundamentals in software engineering: APIs, microservices, databases, clean code, debugging.
