8+ yrs Hands on experience with TIBCO Business Works BW version 5.14 and above
Proficiency in designing and implementing processes using activities like JDBC, JMS, HTTP, SOAP, REST, and File adapters
Creating and consuming SOAP and REST services, WSDL, and JSON/XML transformations. XSD & XML, Schema design, parsing, and validation. JSON
Handling REST payloads and transformations. XPath Strong knowledge for data mapping and conditional logic.
Working with queues, topics File Adapter for integration with external systems.
Java Basics: For custom Java code in BW activities.
CI/CD: Integration with GitLab or similar tools for automated deployments.
Flexible to work on shifts and on call support during weekends on rotation basis
Should have strong communication and customer interaction
Should have experience in on site/offshore coordination and be able to lead the team
