• Experience in translating business needs into technical specs, creating complex SQL queries, optimizing performance, and supporting end users, often working with data warehouses and SAP, Oracle, JDE ERP systems.
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and data models using SAP BO tools like Web Intelligence Webi, Crystal Reports, and Universe Designer.
