Collaborate with business analysts and development team members to understand API requirements and create test cases Proven experience in API automation testing and defect management Strong knowledge of API automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Postman or Ready API, etc., Design, develop, and execute automated tests using API automation tools and frameworks Identify defects and report them to the development team Verify that defects are resolved and work with the team to ensure that the resolution is effective Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases Work with project managers to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project schedules and timelines Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript is a plus
