•    Act as Scrum Master for Data migration/development teams, driving Agile ceremonies Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

•    Ensure teams remain focused, productive, and aligned with sprint goals.
•    Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the backlog based on business needs.
•    Remove impediments that hinder the progress of data analysts and engineer
•    Ensure transparency of sprint progress through JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other Agile tools.
