7 8 years in IT, including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Finance and ERP Cloud.
o    Participated in 3+ Oracle ERP/Finance Cloud implementation or support projects.
•    Skills:
o    Strong knowledge of financial business processes and Oracle Cloud Financial Modules GL, AP, AR, FA.
o    Proficiency in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, and BPM workflows.
o    Ability to analyze software log and trace files to resolve issues.
o    Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
o    Experience in localization and security setup is a plus.
•    Technical Skills:
o    Familiarity with external data integration to Oracle Fusion Applications.
o    Ability to relate product functionality to business scenarios for customer implementations.
•    Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud Financial Applications, addressing customer production issues, tracking incidents, troubleshooting, and resolving complex cases.
