1. B.Com, M.Com, MBA. 5 + Years of experience. 
2. Extensive technical understanding of US bank reconciliation process. 
3. Previous role, experience must include Bank reconciliation project Subject Matter Expert with mentor mentee 
 knowledge transfer aptitude. 
4. Ability to work in a shared services US timing night shifts EST. Postion interface with international banking 
 client. 
5. Effective team building. Strong communication skills. Team management, SME role preferred. 
6. Demonstration commitment towards continous improvement. Eye to details toward process efficiency 
 measures
