5+ Experience in DataStage 11.X, SQL and Unix/Linux
• Monitor daily ETL processing and ensure the SLAs are met. Notify LOB user/team on any delays etc.
• Knowledge on Tableau. Business object has an added value
• Worked on DB2, SQL or Oracle databases.
• Having experience on working in Production environment
• Motivate to work in proactive way than reactive.
• Knowledge on ServiceNow ticketing system
• Track postproduction release defects to improve delivery quality index.
• Data stage/database performance/system continuous improvement.
• Experience in Implement data quality and reconciliation mechanism
• Review/revise delivery SLAs, development standards, and issue resolution process
• Working with the team of Production Support, attending production calls.
• To lead/coordinate with offshore team and ability to solve the roadblocks
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Report out of support issues and threats to process to appropriate team to investigate further.
• Ready to work in shifts on rotation basis even during the weekends and ready to accept split Weekly Offs.
• Should be Flexible to work in 24 7 work environment
