·Ability to maintain professional demeanor with all level of customers, domestic or foreign.
·Assist customers and partners in troubleshooting and diagnosing product problems via phone, e mail requests, or through online chat sessions.
·Lead product problem escalation issues on behalf of the customer.
·Create problem tickets and efficiently manage resolutions to a satisfactory closure for the customer.
·Work with Product Management and Engineering to analyze and help determine potential solutions for product problems.
·Assist in testing "new" product releases to gain awareness of upcoming features/capabilities and fit for customer markets served.
