PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

1. Proven experience of minimum 8 years working in a digital-focused role, with a deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and strategies.
2.  Serve as the primary point of contact and expert resource for all digital-related inquiries, projects, and initiatives.
3. Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, trends, and best practices, and assess their potential impact and relevance to the organization.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify digital opportunities, challenges, and requirements across various business functions.
5. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on digital transformation initiatives, including but not limited to, website development, mobile applications, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Assess existing digital systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
2. Develop and implement digital strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
3. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on digital tools, technologies, and processes.
4. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on digital projects and objectives.
5. Monitor and evaluate digital performance metrics, analyze data insights, and recommend actionable insights and optimizations.
6. Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and cybersecurity best practices pertaining to digital operations.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Experience with digital analytics tools, content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant digital technologies.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

1. Degree: B. E/MCA
2. Certifications (if any): NA

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. 4 years of domain experience and 4 years of project management
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing large teams of 20-40 resources
