• 5+ years of exp developing and managing the ITSM processes with Agile scrum master skills + program management for a large set of applications in service management area.
• Should have good communication and experience working on ServiceNow tool ITSM.
• Interaction with multiple stakeholders to Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high quality results.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Should have experience/knowledge to implement AI led delivery to enable faster delivery with quality.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles
