PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role is responsible for developing, implementing and administering compensation and benefit policies, processes and guidelines and programs, which support company objective, managing compensation and benefits operations effectively, ensuring that the organization is competitive in the market place in terms of compensation and benefits. This role is also responsible for providing analytics reports at right time for stockholders
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To ensure Business Alignment, Market competitive and effective C&B practices in the organization
- To ensure timely and acurate salary revision letters to all applicabel employees (Including Fresher’s cycle)
- To ensure effective benefit management in place
- To support Budgeting for salary revision (Annual & Freshers) cycle
- To publish hiring range data quarterly base to resourcing team.
- and also publish quarterly base adherence report
- Review of C&B policies, processes and incorporate required changes to aligning to business needs.
- To provide analytics reports at right time for stockholders
- To ensure data accuracy all the reports / data shared with stockholder
- To support and actively participate in market surveys, ensure accuracy of data / reports to vendor and mapping
- To ensure continuous competence enhancement of the self and team
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Master's in Business Administration
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Total of 3 Years to 5 years as a C&B Specialist
- Relevant 4 + years in C&B
DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Handled compensation and benefits for IT, ITes companies
- Experience in Compensation and Benefit
- Experience in Payroll Management
- Good expertise in MS Office tools, Oracle ERP, C&B Tool
