PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible and accountable for the performance of the Enablement Operations team within the Business Operations group to focus on streamlining and enhancing processes and ensuring systemic compliance to defined guidelines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Process Improvements
- Intitiating process improvements to address areas of current pain
- Systemic Compliance
- Ensuring that systemic validations are implemented and issues closed by required stakeholders resulting in correctness of information in systems
- Governance of existing processes
- Governance of processes defined (against SLA/timelines) to ensure that the end objective is met
- Performance enhancements and monitoring across support functions
- Working with functions to review and redefine SLAs. Monitoring the SLAs defined
- Reporting
- Reporting of metrics and dashboards, defined

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors degree in any stream
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 7+years
- 4+ years of relevant experience

- Analytical capability
- Experience with Oracle EBS / ERP tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting
