PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial banking and / or Wealth management roles
2. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategies to enhance commercial and wealth management offerings, aligning with the organization's objectives and market trends.
3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and high-net-worth individuals, understanding their unique financial goals and providing personalized advisory services.
4. Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to conceptualize, design, and launch new financial products and services catering to the needs of commercial and wealth management segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with commercial and wealth management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation within the commercial and wealth management landscape.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and technology teams to drive initiatives that enhance the overall client experience and drive revenue growth.
4. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial and wealth management initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
5. Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial and wealth management, serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

1. Degree: B.E\B.Tech\M.Tech\MCA
2. Certifications (if any): Technology related (Ex: Java, Microsoft)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Overall (in years): 8 - 10 years
2. Relevant (in years): 2-3 years

DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Java/JEE, .Net Family, Web technologies and other open source technologies
• Domains : Banking, Supply chain and Manufacturing
• Products: Oracle, IBM, MS suite of products
• Team collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills
