 Manage project objectives and customer expectations and overall success of the project
 Plan and execute project as per agreed contractual terms & conditions
 Ensure overall project deliverables are met on time and in defined quality



1. Interact with customer and understand project objectives and business expectations
2. Manage customer relationship for success of the project. Manage escalation and resolve issues  at project level
3. Manage all customer interactions and communication
4. Plan, execute and track the project.  Ensure all stakeholders are up-to date on the progress
5. Establish Customer requirement management and change management control
6. Ensure project adherence to contractual terms and conditions including any specific compliance as agreed to customer
7. Review execution approach, review , set and deliver expectations with customer / stakeholders
8. Responsible for required approvals / sign offs from customer (Plan, Requirement model, deliverables, etc)
9. Ensure safe custody of customer supplied artifacts / software license and their return as required

1. Accountable for preparation and execution of Software Project plan, Maintenance and adherence to SPP
2. Project initiation, Kickoff, Induction, Audits, Milestone reviews, closure and archival activities.
3. Establish project’s software life cycle by tailoring QMS as required and adherence.
4. Work with Architect / Tech Lead / Analyst & Designer in establishing and maintaining any project specific standards, guidelines, checklists and templates
5. Monitoring/tracking project’s progress against plan and taking corrective/preventive actions proactively as required. Ensure all stake holders are communicated and  obtain their buy-in
6. Ensuring review and its effectiveness across the phases of the project

1. Responsible for realization of committed revenue of a project
2. Responsible for resource utilization for the project
3. Coordinating for cross sell and upsell

  1. Degree: Graduate in Computer Science / Information Science or Equivalent 
  2. Certifications (if any): NA



  1. 4 to 7 Yrs of IT experience in Development/Testing
  2.  Service Now developer with minimum 10 years of experience 
    • Proficient in Java scripting, AJAX, web services 
    • Discovery ability to discover applications within servers, hardware using SNMP, create or modify probes and sensors, WMI Power shell is a plus
    • CMS experience developing and deploying CMS based solutions someone who has created a core page using CMS is a plus
    • Service Catalog manage complex catalog solutions  is must
    • Change, Incident & Problem module experience is must
    • CMDB experience is must
    • Experience in integration via webservices data imports is must
    • Good Communication skills
