Working Hours: 2 AM ET – 11 AM ET (Monday - Friday)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Data / ETL Developer on the Voya Investment Management (IM) Sales & Distribution Data Delivery team. This role will work closely with a small, globally distributed team of developers, and U.S.-based business partners, to design, build, and enhance IM’s data ecosystem, and support existing data usage, flows, and processes.

This role is responsible for analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, support, maintenance, and documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience in data and analytics – Must Have
• Microsoft Azure Cloud / Azure Data Factory (ADF) – Must Have
• Snowflake Database Design / Development (or equivalent cloud database experience)
• Experience in JavaScript, SQL and Python
• Experience working in a dynamic, agile or continuous improvement environment.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and plan work effectively.

Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in data and analytics?
• Experience leading a team of data developers / engineers.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor less-experienced team members.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Engineering Graduate / BSc in Computer Science / Information Science or Equivalent

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

8 to 10 Yrs of IT experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud / Azure Data Factory (ADF)
