� Responsible for leading and managing a team of sales support professionals in Retirement Services domain RFPs, RFIs, internal wholesaler, sales admin, investment products, client relationship etc
� Support in developing and executing go to market strategy for core product offerings inclusive of marketing, sales, strategy alliance etc
� Serve as market development and thought leader, responsible for client development activities leading to business model refinements
� Develop custom global operating models leading to sustainable competitive advantages
� Ensuring both operational & financial KPIs achieved
� Manage and develop the operational client relationships by conducting where appropriate operational client review meetings and day to day ops liaison within key workstream
� Identifying and highlighting further opportunities for services and process improvements
