Mandatory/Required Skills & Location

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• To develop / maintain a module as per the design
• Detailed design or Impact Analysis of a module

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

•      Demonstrates proficiency with workflow/e2e process tools, business objects, decision constructs, data type/ structure management, exception handling mechanism.
•      Demonstrates proficiency with ITSM, Support issues troubleshooting, applying Prod fixes and collaborating well with multiple teams or stakeholders for issue resolution.
•      Executes various key bot activities (e.g., copy/paste data between applications and screens, OCR, keystroke programming, data comparisons)
•      Manages security and access control mechanisms (e.g., data encryption, credential management , robot entitlement process, single sign-on)
•      Handles interactions with various applications (e.g., Excel, Mainframe, web app, lotus notes, SAP, CRM, Citrix/virtual app) as part of automated processes.
•      Implements bot control/management using control room functions. 
•      Leverages development best practices (e.g., knowledge/experience to approach to maximize reuse, avoid common pitfalls, and design end-to-end code modules rather than patches)
•      Demonstrates deep understanding on automation deployment architecture for high-availability and scalability.
•      Conceptualizes business problems and solutions to identify use cases for automation and whether it is the fit-for-purpose tool for the application.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Engineering Graduate / BSc in Computer Science / Information Science or Equivalent

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

5 to 7 Yrs of IT experience in Development.
