Owns and reviews the inventory of existing reports to determine purpose, functionality and content of report including additional characteristics such as origin, report flow, format, frequency and distribution requirements. 
Evaluates findings using knowledge of workflow and operating practices. Makes recommendations regarding new or modified reporting methods and procedures.
Works with leaders in all functional areas to determine optimal state for reporting to both internal and external customers. This requires knowledge of IT, underwriting, claims, marketing, sales, and client management.
Responsible for developing comprehensive test plans to evaluate accuracy, identify issues and to validate upstream changes. 
Leads and has ultimate ownership regarding resolution of report functionality, new requests, potential issues and prioritization.
Responsible for communicating issues to impacted business areas. May also include preparing and communicating instructions concerning generation, usage and distribution of reports.
Other duties as assigned.
