Over 8+ yrs work experience in Production Support across L1, L2, L3 support for web and batch applications.
Should have excellent knowledge in US Retirement Service domain.
Clear understanding of STLC concepts, providing the guidance to the team for the application , talking to the stakeholders with the current status of testing and test strategy for upcoming tasks. 
Excellent experience in Incident, abend recovery, Problem ticket handling & RCA preparation 
Work directly with business analysts to understand minor enhancement requirements and develop automated solutions.
Effective KM management.
Strong Communication and Coordination Skills to work with and manage multiple stake holders.
Strong knowledge on Functional, test automation, and non functional testing
Good analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills to review systems, find flaws, and pose solutions to those flaws
Strong Knowledge on Selenium + Python.
Hands on experience in automation tools like UFT, Selenium, JavaScript
Should have good experience in People management
Co ordinating with the Development and Testing teams for deployment of Deliverables.
