Position Summary: The purpose of the Business Analyst Product Owner in Investme nt Management would be to play a key role in defining innovative technology solu tions to address real world business needs The BA PO will provide strategic advi ce for business solutions and make decisions based on business impact The BA PO will communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across Global IT and other departments Job Responsibilities: o Be the voice of the customers &#65533 unde rstand the business needs and translate them into technical requirements o Work with the business partners and stakeholders to define the future products and ro admap for Data Quality o Understand and articulate the technology vision and str ategy, ensure that technology solution is successfully aligned with business goa ls and priorities o Translate Business Functional requirements into Data Quality Requirements, partnering with the data modelers on the modeling solution o Enga ge with project teams in terms of understanding the data models and relationship s o Perform data driven analysis and develop recommendations to guide decision m aking of data quality standards o Manage the Product Backlog effectively to maxi mize the delivered value, including developing and clearly communicating sprint goals and priorities o Create and clearly articulate product backlog items, ensu re that the product backlog is transparent, visible and understood o Define user Stories based on customer requirements and synthesize use cases o Translate bus iness needs into requirements for a technical audience, define acceptance criter ia and document features in Business Requirement Documentation BRD o Coordinate and aid testing of new products and features o Build a strong rapport with the Investment Management teams, Operations personnel, Information Technology teams and Vendor teams o Interact with personnel across onsite offshore based out of US and India
