This role requires significant overlap with US hours because lot of coordination will be required with US teams.
Youýll be collaborating and communicating with cross functional stakeholders to refine our platform strategy and execute processes and platform improvement, and proactively identify information, sales resources and best practices to drive user productivity and to optimize the various user experience.
ý Oversee ongoing platform management
ý Support our applications post implementation by providing training and reference materials to end users.
ý Monitor and respond to reported bugs issues. Work with user community, IT, and vendor support teams for quick resolution
ý Attend necessary training to stay current and increase knowledge of system features and enhancements
ý Work with vendor and key stakeholders to define the Seismic Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and enhancements roadmaps. Also responsible for the deployment and maintenance of new functionality and enhancements where appropriate. This will include integrations into our CRM platform, Salesforce.
ý Drive adoption and continuous improvement
ý Work the content team and distribution to develop strategies, guidelines, templates, and training that improve the seller experience in Seismic and Salesforce, and SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
ý Analyze data related to adoption of platform features and make platform content recommendations.
