Responsibilities
&#65533     Manage each project&#65533 s scope and timeline
&#65533     Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand ups
&#65533     Coach team members in Agile frameworks
&#65533     Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
&#65533     Be the point of contact for external communications e.g. from customers or stakeholders
&#65533     Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
&#65533     Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
&#65533     Help teams implement changes effectively
&#65533     Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
&#65533     Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
&#65533     Help build a productive environment where team members &#65533 own&#65533 the product and enjoy working on it
