Financial performance & analysis ý Prepare periodic MIS reports including budget ing reports, financial trends and forecasts ý Analyze fluctuations between budge ts, estimates and actual results for effective variance analysis ý Work closely with other functions to prepare accurate budgets, forecasts and variance analysi s ý Articulate data and analyze complex financial information to the level requi red by finance leadership for decision making ý Develop the operating and financ ial plan required to achieve managementýs objectives with guidance from the Fina nce Controller ý Ensure timely & accurate reporting and support the Finance Cont roller in analyzing the financial performance Pricing ý Manage pricing related a ctivities on new deals and revenue contracts ý Co ordinate with Business Operati ons HR department for cost related inputs ý Develop and maintain services and pr icing information on business systems ý Create reports reflecting metrics and pr oject status, objectives and barriers and communicate findings effectively to re levant departments of the company ý Provide inputs to tax consultant for transfe r pricing related activities Risk management & governance ý Ensure compliance wi th appropriate legislation policies GAAP ý Ensure maintenance of & adherence to internal controls, processes & policies
